Stevie-Ann shares her perspective on shaping a strategic vision for data and AI, the foundational changes in data quality, platforms, and processes that enabled adoption at scale, and the cultural and team transformations required to support more data-driven decision-making. She also discusses how AI-driven insights are impacting organisational decisions today and shares her thoughts on emerging capabilities that will be most transformative for CIOs in the near future. Here’s what we dive into in this interview: 1. 1. Shaping your organisation’s overall data and AI vision, and what business outcomes are you ultimately steering toward. 2. What foundational changes—whether in data quality, platforms, or processes—have been most critical in enabling that vision? 3. What indicators helped you assess whether the organisation was truly ready to adopt AI at scale, not just experiment with POCs? 4. What cultural shifts, skills, or team structures have proven essential to supporting this transition toward more data- and AI-enabled ways of working? 5. How are improved data quality and AI-driven insights changing the way decisions are made across the organisation today? 6. What metrics or signals do you rely on to determine whether your data and AI investments are delivering the impact and value you expected? 7. What emerging data or AI capability do you believe will be most transformative for CIOs in the next 3–5 years?   --- Interested to hear more?
