Using data to improve customer experience is a key pillar in many digital transformation programmes, and so it’s unsurprising that in our interviews with more than 100 senior data and analytics leaders across Mexico, we found that the majority of organisations were either currently using data to improve customer experience or were looking to use more data in the years to come.
In our latest study we wanted to better understand how data executives across Mexico are leveraging data to enhance the customer experience.
