Can you tell us a little bit about your background, and how you ended up in your current role?
My background is software engineering, and I worked in various problem domains. Last 14 years were heavily data oriented, so my career naturally progressed to the point. You can read more in my bio snippet.
What is the biggest challenge you face within your role today, and how are you looking to tackle it?
Talent acquisition and retention, design for change (in fast-changing business landscape).
Biggest success you achieved for 2018/ 2019 so far?
I stopped worrying and love the bomb. On a serious note, built extremely high-performance team.
