**Can you tell us a little bit about your background, and how you ended up in your current role?**  
Ph.D. with extensive quantitative model development and deployment experience. My team is focused on developing AI capability and capacity, engaging with cross-function stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive better business decisions through end-to-end analytical solutions.

**What is the biggest challenge you face within your role today, and how are you looking to tackle it?**  
Data, Infrastructure, people mindset.

**Biggest Success you achieved for 2018/ 2019 so far?**  
Provided analytical solutions for business stakeholders.

**What are your Key Objectives for attending the upcoming event?**  
1. Learn about the industry trend and culture evolution      
2. Socialize with industry leaders             
3. Build my team and learn from the case studies, both successes and failures
