Andy is the Global Director of Product Marketing for the Customer Information Management at Pitney Bowes.
For 20 years, Andy has worked for high-profile dynamic software companies, driving strategic change and facilitating the delivery of market-leading customer-centric technologies. Initially working in the area of supply chain management, he noticed that people, places and relationships presented the real challenges for forward thinking organizations and as a result moved into Customer Relationship Management.
To broaden the perspective further, Andy then spent time working in the language industry with SDL to deliver global commerce solutions to those who needed to communicate and transact across international borders.
The culmination of these experiences brought Andy to Pitney Bowes where he feeds a hunger for Customer Information Management best practice, working to understand and help organizations that seek to engage their audience in the best and most relevant way.
