I am skilled in leading large-scale organisation transformation and change, culture change, talent management, employee engagement, and in developing target operating models.
I have experience of running large HR functions delivering flexible people and talent strategies and I can switch from operational to strategic work seamlessly. I have run HR for multi-site and multi branded complex customer focused entrepreneurial organisations working on both a UK and Global remit. I work best as a true business partner, coach and trusted confidante of the CEO and the executive team.
As a Consultant and Executive Coach I bring a highly commercial and pragmatic approach to HR strategies and developing Executive teams.
I am currently qualifing as a Coach on the highly regarded Henley programme.
