As deputy director of IT services at Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), his mission is to enable reliable and timely digital services with agile processes and operational discipline, which boost Pemex’s competitiveness and satisfy the needs of its customers.
With more than 23 years of information technology experience in service governance, solution development and business continuity through IT management processes, he has been a participant in the digital transformation, both in technological and cultural field. He has worked in institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), and within the private sector in Digital Edge (DEDGE).
He holds a degree in Computing from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and a Master’s degree in IT Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Advanced Studies (ITESM). He also holds a diploma both in Governance for IT Services Subcontracting, as well as another in Management Skills.
