Bob Szostak is the Program Manager for Federal and Aerospace programs at Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a subsidiary of Raytheon Company. Delivering more than six million hours of custom learning in 28 languages to learners in 125 countries each year, RPS is an award winning global leader of learning services and outsourcing. RPS partners with our clients to improve their business performance through the design and development of learning services, technologies and best practices.
Bob joined Raytheon in 1997 as an Instructional Systems Designer and has since held roles of increasing responsibility as a Project Lead, Functional Manager, Six Sigma Expert, Transition Manager, Program Manager, Transformation Manager, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and most recently as the Manager of Business Development for North America..
Bob has led major initiatives in some of RPS’ most prolific learning development programs such as General Motors Center of Excellence for Global Manufacturing, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories, and the Air Traffic Controller Optimal Training Solution with the Federal Aviation Administration. In these roles he has led learning initiatives which have provided concurrent services across 54 countries and resulted in over 10,000,000 hours of individual learning plans.
Bob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Beloit College and his Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit.
