Cambell is Mercer’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading Mercers Financial Advice business, consumer call centres, Digital, Customer Platforms, Insights & Analytics, and Consumer Marketing teams. He is responsible for approximately 2.2 million financial services consumers across the Pacific. Prior to joining Mercer in 2014, Cambell’s global career has spanned more than 15 years across a wide range of financial services in Australia, Asia and Europe. He’s held senior digital, marketing, and commercial roles in leading organisations such as ANZ, E*Trade, OnePath, and the London Stock Exchange.
Cambell has deep experience with a broad range of financial services. He’s passionate about delivering value for customers, with a strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering sustainable growth in retail and business-to-business environments. Having most recently studied Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Wharton Business School, Cambell holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Applied Science, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
