I attribute my successful leadership of Information Technology specialists in the SAP and Retail Application arenas in the design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of solutions to my analytical skills, stakeholder engagement and management skills, strategic and planning ability, eye for detail and ability to multi-task. I am results orientated and work well under pressure, while still maintaining a high standard of quality. My motivation lies in my personal drive to be successful. I see problems as opportunities to further develop my skills and get great satisfaction in their resolution. Research and Development is also a keen driver for me and motivates me to understand how and where to develop solution offerings that will enable our Retail organisation to take these to our customers to improve growth and customer satisfaction.

I also aim to be in a position where my skills can be utilized, with new challenges and growth opportunities that also facilitate an opportunity for me to provide my young family with opportunities
