Chris Dingle, Director of Customer Intelligence, is responsible for predictive analytics for Customer Care (Text), Customer Satisfaction (NPS – Net Promoter Score) and leading Audience Intelligence initiatives. A strategic thinker, marketing operations innovator, and leader of high performance teams, Chris joined the Media Division of Rogers Communications in 2013 with responsibility for the launch, strategy and operations of Audience Intelligence. By building collaborative partnerships inside and outside the company, the division generated revenues well over sales targets. These strategic relationships include SAS, Hortonworks, and Accenture for High Performance Big Data Analytics, and Google and Adobe for at scale digital audience segmentation and activation.
Prior to Rogers, Chris has held executive marketing technology positions in Canada and the US, including COO at Chango (now Rubicon Project) and CTO at 24/7 Media (now Xaxis). Chris holds a Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s Business School; additionally, from Cornell University, a Master of Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science. He is a guest lecturer and conference speaker: SAS Global Forum, Hadoop Summit, MIT MCPC, and Queen’s University Business School.
