The team in Engineering Excellence provides training and information to the technical population (44k employees). Drives adoption of technical and leadership skills across the engineering community. Partner with L&D colleagues and technical and engineering partners to identify needs that leverage the core of our learning programs, frameworks, and other best practices to help individuals and teams excel.
Work with Global partners to align and create a vision, strategy and action plan for learning and development that contributes to operational success. Effectively manage the learning and development budget.
Design and implement learning and development programs, and coordinate learning objectives and instructional strategies; including developing the best methodologies for training delivery (i.e. web-based, classroom, mentorship, job shadowing, etc.). Drive process thinking and the use of metrics throughout the learning and development function to ensure training initiatives are linked to business outcomes.
Lead and managed a team of program owners, learning developers and experience designers to create cutting-edge learning experiences, create and maintain product roadmaps, and support processes.
