Liz Allen has spent most of the last 5 years driving simpliﬁcation, digitisation and client-centricity strategies for Standard Bank through process designs, architectures and implementation of IBM BPM. She has been focused on transitioning customer journeys from human-centric to automated processes, and incorporating supporting capabilities like electronic signing and intelligent automation. She has analysed and designed interactions in business processes between technology and knowledge workers. With 20 years’ experience in Financial Services and IT she has a Six Sigma Green Belt and certified as a SAFE Agilist in 2016. Her foundation is in Industrial Engineering, and her interest lies in business transformation enabled by technology and people.
