With close to twelve years of experience in Strategy & Analytics in top tier global consulting firms as well as industry experience in Australia's largest bank and supermarket retailer, Gaurav has developed a professional practice that encompasses leadership, sophisticated analytics, commercial acumen and applied expertise required to drive strategic change.

In his current role at Woolworths, Gaurav leads a strategic analytics & data science team which has successfully delivered multiple campaign strategies like share of wallet based targeting, proximity driven offers, category stretch & continuity and competitor combat along with campaign optimisation across all marketing streams. Gaurav is responsible for a portfolio of transformation projects involving advanced analytics like BIGW RFMS segmentation, Supermarkets Personalisation Engine, BIGW Personalisation Engine and the Supermarkets Customer Engagement Framework.

At the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Gaurav led a number of transformative projects, utilising Analytics to steer the bank towards data driven strategic and tactical decision making. Under his leadership, the product insights team successfully delivered a holistic campaign analytics solution increasing the value of credit card campaigns.

Prior to this Gaurav managed a arge portfolio of client projects and launched a specialised analytics lab containing a suite of analytical solutions at Capgemini Consulting. The role involved interactions with exec level & management level stakeholders, translating business needs to analytical use cases, delivering powerful insights in areas such as marketing, customer, campaign, operations & risk analytics. A critical part of his role was to develop multiple engagements with client organisations to ensure that commercial relationships were embedded in the business.
