Iffy has over 25+ years of experience in several major blue-chip organisations (Glaxo SmithKline, General Electric U.S.A. & Vodafone). During his time, Iffy has held various roles – including front line operational leadership – as well as hands-on Business Improvement roles.
His last 15+ years have been spent at Vodafone, working for three different OPCO’s across three continents; the UK, Qatar & now, Australia.
Iffy currently works for Vodafone Australia as a Service ‘Master Black Belt’ & Continuous Improvement Lead – where he works inside the Customer Services Division. Iffy also leads cross functional improvement programs across the Vodafone business.
