Jacques was introduced to Contact centres as an agent back in 1997 and was fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to work and learn in various industries over the past 20 years including Retail, Petroleum, IT & Financial services. He invested his time across the various components of contact centres and has been able to garner an in depth exposure across Operations, QA, MIS, Workforce and Customer experience management.
His journey began as an Customer service agent in the Foschini Group and then Engen Petroleum, where Jacques was given his first opportunity in leadership. It was here that he embraced and developed his love for leading, not only people but also business strategies and implementation. For the past 6 years Jacques has been responsible for managing the Origination department for the award winning Capfin Contact centre as a senior manager in Operations.
