Jake Bittner is CEO of Qlarion, Inc., a government innovation firm that provides big data and analytics solutions to federal, state and local governments. Jake is responsible for Qlarion's overall vision, strategy and growth, providing executive leadership across all aspects of Qlarion's operations, with particular emphasis on business development, marketing and strategic alliances. Having been involved in over 150 big data and analytics projects across federal, state and local governments, Jake has spent the past 19 years advising government clients on how to tackle business challenges by thinking differently about how they leverage their data. Jake is now a recognized expert and regular industry speaker on innovation in government.
Prior to Qlarion, Jake was with SAP where he specialized in large-scale Enterprise Information Management solutions. Before joining SAP, Jake was Director of Civilian Sales for Attensity, a leader in text mining solutions, and a Federal District Manager for Data Integration leader Informatica. Jake began his career in various roles with Business Intelligence leader MicroStrategy.
Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, where he was a member of Yale's football team. Jake is also an alumnus of MindShare, an exclusive, invitation-only organization for CEOs of the most promising, high tech, emerging growth companies in the Washington, DC area.
