Head of Customer Experience, Jody Bews-Hair, leads the experience and engagement teams, embedding customer centricity, improving current state and developing a new framework for customer experience innovation to rethink Southern Cross’ value delivery in a digital-first context. Jody has had a varied career in communications, marketing and customer experience in senior roles, leading teams with customer outcomes at the heart of their work. She has led major change projects and contributed to Southern Cross’ shift to agile delivery, and its strategic move from bill paying health insurer to healthcare and wellness innovator.
