Jordan Seke

CRM Officer & CX Specialist, University of the Witwatersrand

Born and raised in the Republic of Congo, JORDAN SEKE is a Cloud Computing and Customer Experience Evangelist. As an aspiring leader with focus on the emerging markets, he has presented papers at conferences locally and internationally. He works as a CRM Officer at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He is a motivational speaker, a volunteer who serves on many boards including the Executive committee of the Wits Consulting Club. A mentor and MBA candidate at Wits Business School Johannesburg, South Africa with electives courses completed at UNC Kenan Flagler Business School at Chapel Hill, NC – USA. 

Jordan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits University, a Diploma in Information Technology Programming and several certificates including a Professional Certificate in Business Analysis.  He holds an Engineering degree in Biomedical Maintenance from the Tertiary Institute of Applied Techniques of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and his dissertation was titled “The Establishment of Maintenance Policy in Hospitals of Developing Countries:” the Case of the Central Hospital of the Army Pierre Mobengo of Brazzaville – Republic of Congo”.  

Today, Jordan’s research interests focus on Africa as a continent in an awful need of development and technological awareness. His interests also include Cloud computing, disruptive and opportunistic trends of Technology in Higher Education as well as in the globalized society.
