Keira joined GoodPractice in June 2018 as Marketing Director. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, her remit is to develop and lead the global marketing strategy. A passionate, evidence-based marketer, Keira’s main driver is to use customer research to understand the needs and challenges learning and development professionals face, and to create world-class solutions to assist them. Understanding customer decision-making allows Keira and her team to develop engaging brand and marketing campaigns. With a strong track record in performance-based marketing gained across a range of sectors including financial services, energy, hospitality and charities, Keira brings a wealth of experience to the GoodPractice team.
