I initiated successful CX program at HESTA. Currently working on segmentation study, self-serve analytics and marketing automation to improve the customer experience at OpenCorp.
After finishing my Computer Engineering, I work in the Indian IT consulting industry for 5 years. I came to Australia to get my MBA from Melbourne Business School and then worked extensively in the insights, analytics and CX roles in superannuation, property investment and financial services industries.
