Kylie is an experienced senior executive with expertise in organisational transformation and complex program delivery.

She has over two decades of experience driving large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations and is passionate about optimising the customer experience.

Kylie believes planning, project management and reporting processes should be as simple as possible and when combined with disciplined change management and execution are critical to delivering the best outcomes for staff, client agencies and customers.

Prior to joining Service NSW, Kylie had a broad career in banking, consulting, energy and telecommunications, both domestically and internationally.

She has worked in strategy, mergers & acquisitions, program delivery, customer experience and operational performance improvement in the private sector, professional services and federal and state government.

Kylie has a Bachelor of Commerce and has undertaken additional post graduate and executive education study in project management, governance, change management and restructuring.
