I am a consultant turned L&D professional with experience in systems implementation and cultural integration. The majority of my career has been focussed one way or another on leading or supporting organisations, teams or individuals through change, in fast paced environments.
My latest role was focussed on digitising and scaling training operations to support the learning and development needs of my organisations key clients (Sodexo, Santander) via a mobile-first LMS (LMS: Docebo, Authoring Software: Articulate Storyline and Rise).
Prior to that my role focussed on system, process and cultural integration for a global consultancy that had acquired 11 small businesses in 9 countries and was seeking to unite them behind a shared vision and direction. My focus was on breaking down silos between Practice Areas and Business Units to improve trust, information sharing, and build a collaborative mindset as well as create efficiencies and transparency. I led on Systems (Salesforce and Kimble Administrator), HR, L&D and EMS ISO14001 integrations working across all functions and business units.
My early career as consultant saw me working with the likes of Unilever, AkzoNobel, and the Greater London Authority on their sustainability agendas.
Every aspect of my career has pulled upon my robust project management, multi-stakeholder engagement and communication skills. I am both an operator and a strategist at heart that can transcend between big picture and detail, view complex systems as a whole, and distil technical topics into digestible information for a variety of audiences.
Above all, my career success has been a function of my passion for people, rapport building, and perspective taking.
