Liz Moore is an analytics and insights executive who specialises in the use of data to drive business profitability and customer experience. She currently runs a consolidated Reporting and Analytics function for Telstra where she supports business transformation through providing data and analytics to drive fast and efficient business decisions. She is passionate about building teams of smart, engaged people who effectively and efficiently combine disparate data sources to deliver insights that result in tangible business outcomes.
Prior to joining Telstra in 2011, Liz spent 13 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia working in the areas of market research, customer analytics and data driven marketing. She is past President of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and sits on the Global Analytics Advisory Council of IBM (Telecommunications) and the Board of the Melbourne Business School Centre for Business Analytics. Liz spent her early career in economics and marketing in the agribusiness industry in Australia, New York and London. In her down time she is a choral singer and skier.
