Manoj Narang co-founded MANA Partners in 2015. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Tradeworx, Inc, a leading algorithmic trading and financial technology firm, where he created and ran the firm’s statistical arbitrage, high frequency trading, and fintech initiatives. He has been profiled on the front page of the NY Times, and the covers of Traders Magazine and Institutional Investor Magazine, which has recognized him as one of the top 40 trading technology executives in the world for three consecutive years. Notable broadcast appearances included feature stories on 60 Minutes, Nova, and RadioLab, numerous appearances on CNBC, and a widely-cited debate with best-selling author Michael Lewis on Bloomberg TV. As a noted authority in algorithmic trading, Manoj has been a frequent guest-speaker/lecturer at major international conferences, buy-side trading seminars, and top business schools and regulatory agencies, and has advised the US Treasury Department, DARPA, and the US Senate on these topics. Manoj previously worked in quantitative trading at Credit Suisse, Citibank, and Goldman Sachs. He received his SB in Math and Computer Science from MIT.
