Head of Customer Insight and Interactions, Westpac
Mark is one of Westpac’s most curious leaders, endlessly fascinated by how the business works and how our customers experience it. As such, his role as Head of Customer Insights, Interactions and Segments is perfect, allowing him to drive clear business outcomes after a healthy wallow though our research, data and analytics.
Prior to his item at Westpac, Mark performed a variety of engineering design roles for Rolls Royce aerospace, Jaguar Land Rover and Ford.
Mark is an alumni of the University of Manchester (MEng), Melbourne Business School and Instituto de Empresa (MBA).
