Marta has been working for Allstate for 11 years, and has held various positions throughout. Beginning as a Competitive Product Analyst within the Quantitative Research and Analytics organization, she was using Business Intelligent Tool, Tableau, to visually communicate trends in data, all while contributing to major decision making for rating, sales, and market growth opportunities for Allstate. Later as a Claims Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Leader for analytics, Marta introduced visual analytics, using Tableau to senior leaders and 300+ field investigators of Allstate SIU. This led the embrace of “big” data, innovative technology, and consequently integrated visual analytics and predictive modeling in the fight against insurance fraud. Marta staffed and managed the Special Investigations Analytics Team and facilitated the creation, deployment, and adoption of “self-service” tools. This contributed greatly in improving investigators’ efficiencies.
Since then, Marta has advanced to becoming the Senior Analytics Leader for Reporting and Operational Analytics, where she is focused on transforming the consumption of analytics from an information portal to an analytical workbench.
