Marnitz is passionate about assisting businesses create value through introducing and sustaining a customer focus. Through his extensive experience in leading customer transformation programs he enables businesses to acquire, develop and retain those customer relationships that are critical to their success. As a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) he applies global leading practices and thinking in solving customer problems and driving customer centric change. He holds an MBA and BCom(IT) degrees and currently lead the Group Customer team at Hollard, focusing his efforts in maturing a culture which puts Customers First and driving inclusive and sustainable customer and business growth.
