Michael is the Vice President, Director of Talent Development for Rockland Trust, a top rated, full-service, community bank headquartered in Massachusetts. He focuses on the progressive talent development strategies that contribute to Rockland Trust being recognized on the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work list consistently since 2009.
Prior to Rockland Trust, Michael held strategic organizational development positions in a variety of industries and settings. Michael’s expertise is in growing a strategically aligned learning and development function and introducing results-oriented human capital strategies to mid-sized and large companies.
Michael is a professional associate and faculty at the Gestalt International Study Center and he serves on the MBA board of advisors for the New England College of Business. He is the co-founder and past president of the Hanover, Massachusetts chapter of Toastmasters International. Michael earned a Masters Degree in Business Management from Lesley University and Bachelors in History from Appalachian State University.
