• Manages a team of three world class Training Managers who run 3Q’s on-boarding training programs focused on SEM, Social, and Professional Development
• Works with members of our Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities for 3Q, and develop training programs to help meet them
• Coordinates with department leads across 3Q to ensure that our training programs include up-to-date best practices for all channels at 3Q (Decision Sciences, CRO, SEO, Display, Mobile, and Creative Services, Social, and SEM)
• Creates our training program for first time managers that focuses on communication style, coaching techniques, and providing performance based feedback
• Develops and runs our advanced managerial skills program for seasoned managers that focuses on providing constructive feedback, and responding to challenging conversations
• Administers assessment programs to ensure the effectiveness of training for our new hires and first time managers, and provides feedback to teams on the development of their employees
• Coaches mid-level employees on presentation skills ranging from making contributions to routine calls, to running in person presentations and QBRs
