My goal is to make Seguros Monterrey New York Life the most data-driven and customer centric insurance company in Mexico.

I lead several efforts within the company: Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Customer & Agent Experience and Data Science efforts across the company.

We are partnering with Operations, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Finances, IT and compliance in order to follow a transformation roadmap for infrastructure, processes, training and culture to drive success and to einforce risk management efforts. Defined integrated data governance, analytics and self-service strategy. Created churn analytics models to reinforce retention. Delivered customer experience insights and strategy at all levels and a digital transformation roadmap to impact bottom line. 

Created democratized infrastructure to deliver analytics dashboards: product, sales and marketing. Tableau, Alteryx, Azure Machine Learning, R Studio. 

Created and delivered Analytics training program: Visualization tools, R, Big Data, ETL, machine learning, CRISP-DM execution.
