As Head of Strategic Retail Marketing, Priya’s current role entails the design and execution of the retail marketing strategy for Old Mutual Personal Finance, the middle income segment of Old Mutual Limited.
In the past ten years, her expertise has spanned various disciplines in the financial services value chain including financial advice strategy and modeling, advice fee model build, product and financial tools design, competitor analysis, distribution design, and innovation development.
Priya holds qualifications across psychology, commerce and financial planning. Her commerce degree together with specialization in psychology integrates behavioral, brand and consumer psychology within the context of business strategy. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced Certificate in Financial Planning, Certificate in Wealth Management, Regulatory Exam certifications: RE1 and RE5, the globally recognized CFP® designation, and is currently completing her MBA through the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
