Raul Padron, Executive Director CRM & Analytics at Banorte Financial Group (Banorte), partners with business verticals and support functions to develop and execute data-driven strategies focused on increasing revenues and reducing costs. The Analytics group’s initiatives, alongside other company-wide efforts, have contributed in the past four years to the advancement of Banorte’s growth and market position, placing it as the second largest financial group in Mexico from a profit generation and asset perspective. Prior to Banorte Raul held positions at MasterCard Advisors, MasterCard’s consulting business, and at McKinsey & Company.
Raul holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico, and a M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics and an MBA both from Warwick Business School (WBS) in the United Kingdom.
