Chris Rawlins

Chief Customer Officer, Live Better Community Services

Chris is currently Chief Customer Officer of LiveBetter Community Services, the largest regionally-based provider of NDIS and Community Services in Australia. He is responsible for leading teams across marketing, research, quality, community engagement, and customer service.


Chris has leadership experience across three industries, most recently with almost a decade in senior management roles in financial services. At HCF, he spent time as both Chief Marketing Officer and also as the General Manager of HCF’s life insurance company. He was previously Head of Commercial and Customer Strategy at ClearView, and Head of Alliance Marketing at TAL responsible for marketing distribution partnerships with major brands like Bupa, nib, NRMA and Virgin Money. He has previously worked in the non-profit sector at both Australian Red Cross and Northcott Disability Services.


He holds a Master of Marketing from UNSW and Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from University of Sydney.
