Previously, Sudesh led the CRM transformation at Kindred (Unibet) group where he delivered 30%+ growth by implementing a robust campaign capability framework, re-strategizing lifecycle communications and by building a capable team.
Before Kindred, he led Data Analytics at British Telecom (BT), driving business transformation by embedding data insight at the heart of marketing, commercial and customer service. He also led data innovation by mining new sources of ‘big’ data for meaningful ideas and use cases that delivered business value.
