Sweta Priyadarshini is a senior customer experience and human centred design professional, interested in contributing to projects that matter, with skill in managing complex CX programs and championing for the customer. She is currently working as customer experience designer at nbn primarily accountable for CX Design and Transformation across nbn. As the CX Designer, she is responsible for the designing program across the residential segment, working closely with the broader Customer Experience & Insights team on prioritisation of programs, delivery of high quality outcomes, and influencing customer-focused outcomes into the business. In delivering the required outcomes, she uses human-centred design (& design thinking) methodologies. Additionally she has worked in international market as management consultant. She has also completed her Master’s in business Administration (MBA) from Monash University.
