Tessa leads Customer Experience and Design at Westpac NZ. From creative beginnings, Tessa has covered all aspects of advertising, marketing and digital from brand, to retail, to digital sales, and product development. She has used her strong focus in data-driven, personalised communications to successfully drive commercial outcomes across multiple industries and markets. Before accepting the challenge to help transform and energise the digital presence of Westpac NZ, Tessa worked both agency and client-side, for charity internationally plus spent time in the tech start-up world.


With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience with purpose, Tessa now inspires her high-performing team of research, customer experience and design specialists to imagine new ways to delight Westpac’s customers.
