Tim has over 25 years’ experience working strategically and operationally across Customer Experience teams within the Banking & Financial services sector both here in Australia and in the UK.

Tim currently leads the National Contact Centre and Operations teams for Teachers Mutual Bank Limited and has done so since 2012.

His career has led to him having a strong awareness of new and emerging technologies and he has a solid understanding of how technology is shaping the customer experience landscape of today.

Tim has a solid awareness of the critical business considerations needing to be made for the future customer and has a thorough understanding of the operational and strategic issues that guide and impact today’s customer experience decision makers.
