With over 15 years experience in brand marketing, innovation, organizational development and change management,  I am passionate about creating better customer and people experiences and achieving transformational change outcomes quickly, so that organisations and their people thrive and grow.  I specialise in leading innovation change projects that transform people, customer and brand experiences, the most recent of which has been the development and design of a 3 year customer experience roadmap for LION that will put “customers at the heart” of every interaction at LION by building the capacity and capability for change of our leaders, giving every person the technology they need, and building a culture that focusses on people’s wellbeing and growth to make this aspiration a reality.
