Celebrating the 2025 Corinium Awards Winners

On October 22 at the Renaissance Boston Seaport District, the data and analytics community came together for an unforgettable evening celebrating innovation, leadership and collaboration at the Corinium Awards 2025, part of this year’s CDAO Fall event.

The awards were created to celebrate the individuals and organizations driving real-world impact with data and AI, from cultural change and enablement to cutting-edge innovation.

Recognizing the Best in Data and AI

This year, our panel of senior data and AI executives reviewed a record number of nominations to identify the finalists and winners across seven key categories. Their thoughtful evaluation ensures every award reflects genuine achievement and measurable impact across the global data landscape, and for their efforts everyone at Corinium is truly thankful.

AI Enablement Award

Winner: Silvana Miller, VP Data and AI Strategy, Mastercard
Silvana Miller led the design and rollout of a global AI intake and governance framework that streamlines innovation while maintaining trust and compliance. By embedding AI strategy leads within product teams, she empowered hundreds of teams worldwide to scale responsible AI solutions and turn data potential into real-world impact.

AI Leader of the Year

Winner: Pam Snively, Chief Data & Trust Officer, TELUS
Pam Snively has redefined responsible AI leadership by embedding ethical design principles across TELUS’s enterprise AI strategy. Her work advancing trust, transparency, and accountability has set a new industry benchmark for how organizations can adopt AI responsibly while delivering measurable value for customers and society.

Data & Analytics Leader of the Year

Winner: Hari Balakrishnan, Chairman and CTO, Cambridge Mobile Telematics
Hari Balakrishnan’s pioneering work on data, AI, and wireless networking is transforming how the world understands road safety. His research and platform leadership have enabled data systems that now protect more than 50 million drivers worldwide — saving lives every day.

Data & Analytics Mentor of the Year

Winner: Akhil Mahajan, Procter & Gamble
Akhil Mahajan is recognized for his exceptional mentorship in advancing data and analytics talent at Procter & Gamble. By fostering technical excellence, curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration, he has shaped a new generation of data professionals and built a culture rooted in learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Data Culture Champion of the Year

Winner: Subbiah Mahalingam, Becton Dickinson
Through his transformative Theia program, Subbiah turned a fragmented analytics landscape into a unified, insight-driven enterprise. His leadership has fostered a culture where every team takes ownership of insights, accelerating innovation and AI adoption across the organization.

Data for Social Impact Award

Winner: Enrique Partida, Aurachat AI
Enrique Partida and his team at Aurachat AI are using data and AI to drive positive societal change. Their innovative conversational AI platform is helping underserved communities access vital resources, demonstrating how data can be leveraged not just for business advantage, but for social good.

Data Team of the Year

Winner: University of Phoenix – led by Avinash Tripathi
The University of Phoenix team set a new benchmark for collaboration in federal data management. Their unified, multi-department data platform has transformed grant management by streamlining operations and enhancing transparency across agencies — a true model of teamwork in action.

 

Rising Star in Data & Analytics

Winner: Arta Subagiarta, Sanofi
Arta Subagiarta is redefining leadership in medical affairs through his work on the global rollout of the AI-powered MedIS platform and the advancement of digital and AI learning initiatives. His innovative approach is modernizing how enterprise teams translate insights into impact.

Innovative Company of the Year

Winner: Flexor AI – represented by Or Zabludowski
Flexor AI is revolutionizing unstructured data transformation with its pioneering Unstructured Data Hub — delivering results up to 400 percent faster than traditional methods. The platform empowers enterprises to extract and operationalize insights from calls, emails, and documents, making one of data’s hardest challenges accessible to all.

 

Partner of the Year

Winner: Actian
