This report is based on a global survey of 1,004 senior data, analytics, and AI leaders, conducted by Corinium Intelligence on behalf of FICO, a global analytics and decision management software company, in summer 2026. The survey explored AI return on investment, governance and accountability, explainability, and the early stages of agentic AI adoption. Its findings are supplemented by interviews with senior industry practitioners.
Respondents are senior technology and analytics practitioners across four global regions and seven major industries, including banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, and retail, offering a broad cross-section of the enterprise AI landscape.
