Cancellations must be received in writing.
If the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the conference, attendees will receive a full credit to be used for another Corinium Global Intelligence conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit.
Cancellations received 14 days or less (including the fourteenth day) prior to the conference will be liable for the full fee.
In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Corinium Global Intelligence event to be mutually agreed with Corinium Global Intelligence, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Corinium Global Intelligence event to be mutually agreed with Corinium Global Intelligence, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Provided the fee has been paid in full, a substitution from the same organization can be made at any time in writing at no extra charge. In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence cancels a conference, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited towards attendance at a future conference or in the event of postponement by Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence, towards the rescheduled date. Credit notes remain valid for twelve months.
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
Corinium Global Intelligence is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Corinium Global Intelligence shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
