Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) upon completion of a registration form for our events and includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials.
• By completing the event registration form you agree to Corinium Global Intelligence charging your credit card or to making payment via bank transfer for the amount stated, and you agree to pay Corinium Global Intelligence the price in order to secure your conference package.
• Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been made and cleared funds are received in full.
• Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
• All payments will be issued with a receipt and the delegate is liable to pay any necessary taxes and service fees where applicable.

Discounts

• All early booking discounts must require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
• Any discounts offered, whether by Corinium Global Intelligence (including team discounts) or by a discount code via a third party, must also require payment at the time of registration.

Cancellation and substitution policy

• Cancellations must be received in writing.

• If the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the conference, attendees will receive a full credit to be used for another Corinium Global Intelligence conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit.

• Cancellations received 14 days or less (including the fourteenth day) prior to the conference will be liable for the full fee.

• In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Corinium Global Intelligence event to be mutually agreed with Corinium Global Intelligence, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

• In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Corinium Global Intelligence event to be mutually agreed with Corinium Global Intelligence, which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

• Provided the fee has been paid in full, a substitution from the same organization can be made at any time in writing at no extra charge. In the event that Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence cancels a conference, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited towards attendance at a future conference or in the event of postponement by Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence, towards the rescheduled date. Credit notes remain valid for twelve months.

• Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

• Corinium Global Intelligence is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Corinium Global Intelligence shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Changes to conference and agenda

• Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Corinium Global Intelligence reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the event website as soon as possible.
• Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location or alter the advertised speakers for an event.
• Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities. In the event that a conference is cancelled, Corinium Global Intelligence Global Intelligence is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.
• Occasionally it is necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the programme, venue or the identity of the speakers without any liability to the delegates.
• Any speaker substitutions or alterations to the agenda will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
  
  

Uses made of the information you provide us

The information shown and/or provided by you will be held in a database. It may be used to:

• carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;
• provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;
• notify you about changes to our service.

Disclosure of your information

You agree that we have the right to share such portions of your personal information as may be appropriate with selected third parties including:

• business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with either them or you;
• analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
• professional organisations involved in the provision of services for the event contracted for, such as, for example hotels, venue owners, event service providers;
• event sponsors and exhibitors - If you register for an event we may share your information with event sponsors and exhibitors who may contact you in relation to special offers, products and services related to your role within your company. 
• other event attendees through our event app’s – To enhance your event experience Corinium Global Intelligence uses a mobile app that you can download onto your smartphone at any of our events. The features of the app include viewing the agenda, sponsors and speakers along with enhanced networking and interactivity at the event. The enhanced networking allows all attendees to see the name, job title and company name of any one who attends the event. By downloading the app you agree to sharing these basic details and to be contacted by other attendees within the app solely for networking purposes in connection with the event.
