One of the ways we can do it, one of the tools we can use is analytics. “We are relying on analytics now to help support straight through processing of claims, which results in faster claims adjudication and settlement,” he adds. “Now, we are on the verge of the point where, for at least certain kinds of claim, people can file their claim in the form they want.” - Marc Lipman was AIG Canada’s COO for more than a decade. In 2020, he left the firm to start his new role as President of Lloyd’s Canada ## Related Posts [![](https://www.coriniumintelligence.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Business%20of%20Infosec%20(content%20hub)/BOIS_JSR.jpg?width=352&name=BOIS_JSR.jpg) ](https://www.coriniumintelligence.com/content/silver-chain-cso-jo-stewart-rattray-how-women-can-advance-their-cyber-career) ### [Silver Chain CSO Jo Stewart-Rattray: How Women Can Advance Their Cyber Career](https://www.coriniumintelligence.com/content/silver-chain-cso-jo-stewart-rattray-how-women-can-advance-their-cyber-career) Jo Stewart-Rattray, CSO for Silver Chain discusses the advancement of women in security and...
