Some key points that stood out for me during the chat were:
- Truly listening to your customer - directly or indirectly - is an essential part of your business and data strategy
- Make sure you progress from data to information to insights to wisdom for better decision making
- While bias can be removed or understood don't sanitise your decision making by taking out the human element
