2020 State of Data and Analytics US
How America’s Data and Analytics Leaders are Guiding Their Organizations Through These Uncharted Times
As organizations across the globe navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s data and analytics leaders who are providing the essential insights businesses will need to make it through this crisis. This research provides unique insights into how US data leaders are responding to COVID-19 and where their priorities will lay over the next 12-24 months.
To compile this year’s research paper, we surveyed 59 data and analytics leaders about their responses to the global pandemic. We then combined those insights with polling data from 709 data and analytics leaders who attended our 2019 CDAO Spring and CDAO Fall conferences. Next, we compared that information with the latest survey data from all our global events to create a detailed picture of data and analytics maturity across the globe.
Finally, we combined these insights with commentary from industry experts including Chubb CDAO Dante Tellez, Goldman Sachs Director of Advanced Analytics El Diawlol and KPMG LLP CDO Jodi Morton. The end result provides an exclusive snapshot of the strategic goals, challenges and investment priorities US data and analytics leaders will be grappling with in 2020 and beyond.
