There's a lot of buzz about GDPR at the moment, but what does it mean to us in Australia?

If you operate a business or website in Australia and collect data about your users, the GDPR will apply to you if:

  • your business is established in the EU, or
  • you offer goods or services to EU-based individuals (free or paid), or
  • you monitor EU-based individuals’ behaviour.

Have you reviewed your data storage and processes? What about your business intelligence and analytics stack?

Failure to comply with the new rules and regulations could mean facing significant fines.
